Slowly but surely we were parting and it wasn’t like school or college where all of your friends part on the farewell day. It was more painful to see friends part one by one. Little did I know when I started my career with these people that I’d feel so sad when one of us would have to leave the co. Trust me people the farewell in schools and colleges are a lot easier to get over. The reason maybe that you tend to spend a lot more time with people at work than you do in school or college.
I never really thought about my batch mates parting ways until our batch strength was reduced to about 16 or 17. I must admit I’ve spent some of the most memorable and best moments of my life so far with these people. I never really thought we were going to have such a lot of fun when we started. Right from the silly games we used to play during training to the more complicated ones during the nice bench period of about 3 months each and every day was a special gift, one that I shall cherish forever.
I always thought when I joined the co that I’d have a professional relationship with most of them but then as it turns out I made really good friends with them. So what do you know, Forests’ mama was right after all, life certainly is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get.
That’s all for now folks, will be back soon with some more thoughts.

Well Said Mr. Joshi.
ReplyDeleteThe fun and enjoyment during the training can actully be attributed to the breaks during training and a one week long free period during initial days in office. The session by Leena (Lynn) also resulted in everyone opening up.
The best part was that even after we got allocated to various projects we managed to come and meet up for Lunch and spent time together.
I wonder how will my day be when I wont see
